<p>The robotic gear shift control stick has a radial arm (2) with a tip plate (4) at the free end. The plate can be moved, by a palm of the users hand, forwardly or rearwardly around a pivot axis parallel to the plane of the steering wheel, to raise or lower the gearing. The radial arm is fixed and the pivot for the end plate forms a button (11) for gear change control which is moved by a finger.</p> |
