PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a load changing range is wide, the capacity of a power conditioner is limited or non-operating time is generated. SOLUTION: This power conditioner 10 has an inverter circuit 13 for converting the electrical power generated by a generation system 20 into an AC power synchronized with the commercial power source; CT input circuits 15A, 15B of the phases U and W for respectively inputting the current direction and amplitude detection signals flowing in the phases U and W of a commercial power system 1; and an output current meter CT3 for detecting the amplitude of the output current of the inverter circuit 13, voltage-detecting circuits 35A, 35B for inputting a system voltage of the phases U and W and a controller (MPU) 12 for controlling the inverter circuit 13 for adjusting the output power, when the forward flowing power becomes lower than the prescribed power by respectively receiving the signals from the output current meter CT3 of the CT input circuits 15A, 15B and from the voltage detecting circuits 35A, 35B of the phases U and W. |
