PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management service of a building or the like which minimizes a life cycle cost. SOLUTION: When an equipment manger receives the commission to manage equipment from an equipment owner, the equipment manager analyzes the service contents of an equipment maintenance agent, prepares a combination of maintenance agents having similar service contents, further shows the maintenance information of equipment and evaluated values based on users' opinions, and the equipment agent selects equipment maintenance agents by referring to the evaluated values in the combination. In such a case, the maintenance information of the equipment and evaluation of service contents based on the users' opinions are also displayed. |
