PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction information processor for aggregating a huge number of pieces of cache flow information generated everyday by the unit of several hundred thousands to be data which can be processed by a risk management system. SOLUTION: A transaction information aggregation device (1) obtains transaction information from a transaction information storage device (2), generates a development record expressing the occurrence of a money shifting amount based on the transaction information, groups the development record based on a prescribed aggregation condition, generates an aggregation record from a plurality of development records belonging to the same group and transfers the aggregation data being the set of the development record to a risk management system (3).
