PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a stable control signal even when a suitable motor rotation is changed. SOLUTION: 1/12 of one period Tr is counted by a first counter 62. Leading angle amount data Tf is subtracted from Tr/12 to calculate (Tr/12-Tf) by a subtraction circuit 64. An output 1 at rising timing obtained by considering the leading angle amount is obtained by a coincidence between an output of a second counter 68 and the (Tr/12-Tf). |
