<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device employing a porous layer having a finely divided micro geometrical structure, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The device provided with a porosity having a geometric shape is constructed, in such a manner that only a structural part which is substantially regular is employed as a device activating region (region exhibiting a substantial device operation). Rather than the method for manufacturing the device to include a step of forming a device region having a regular structure, it includes a step of employing a substantially regular structural part as advice activation region, after positively masking an irregular structural part in a formed porous layer.</p> |
