PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sticking device capable of maintaining a tensile force applied to a separator constant at all times and realizing stable peeling-off operation. SOLUTION: This sheet sticking device is provided with a suction device 20 sucking a sheet only and bonding it to an object to be attached among tape materials t reeled out of a tape material reel 10 and guided along a moving table 16, a table driving device 17 for reciprocating and moving the moving table 16 to the front and the rear, and a separator recovery reel 30 for winding and recovering the separator b peeled off from the sheet by a knife edge 16a of the moving table 16 to peel the sheet off from the separator b by retracting the moving table 16 while the sheet is sucked by the suction device 20. A tensile force holding device 22 for holding a tensile force of the separator b passing through the knife edge 16a constant is provided between the moving table 16 and the separator recovery reel 30. The tensile force holding device 22 has a tension roller 23 and a weight 26.
