PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rivet structure on which a cut-off cap is strongly bonded, and to provide the cut-off cap used for the rivet structure. SOLUTION: The cut-off cap 8 is in a shape of substantially disc watch glass, of which front face is convex and back face is concave. The cut-off cap 8 has a hole 9 passing through the face from the front face to the back face. A side edge portion of a mid-board 2 is overlapped with a respect to a bending portion of a side wall face of a on-site waste water treatment system tank 1 through an adhesive member 4, and they are riveted by a rivet 3 through a rivet hole 5. The cap 8 is bonded with adhesive 6 to cover a head portion 3a of the rivet 3. Part of the adhesive 6 passes through the hole 9 of the cap 8, overflows and hardens on a front face side of the cap 8.
