PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of achieving cost reduction by decreasing man-hours and parts, achieving light weight by forming a throttle body thin, and improving fuel consumption. SOLUTION: A flange part 3a of the throttle body 3 is directly held by an air cleaner case 63 and an intake manifold 7 to be detachably fixed. A gasket 9 is held on an abutment surface of the air cleaner case and the intake manifold formed by this holding for preventing leak of air. Crushable thin protrusions 3b may be provided on the surface and back of the flange part 3a instead of the gasket to be crushed to form a seal part at the time of holding.
