PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improving method for conventional means, which is capable of reducing the cost at a factory, of making unnecessary the skill required specially for the conventional means at the job site and also of securing sufficient safety. SOLUTION: The first floor 9 is laid, a first floor column 10 is erected on the first floor 9 by using a joint fittings 6 or the like, and a process of fastening the first floor wall panel 12 and the first floor wall frame 13 to the first floor column 10 and the first floor 9 is included in the improvement of the conventional means. Moreover, by the same method for upper floors, the work can be performed by using a framework joint fittings 14A, 14B or the like. Joints of the structural members of the floor 9, column 10, wall panel 12 and wall frame 13 are made only by cutting and round hole cutting, joint reinforcing fittings 19A to E or the like are used for the structural members of floor 9, column 10, wall panel 12 and wall frame 13 and in fastening these structural members, it is best suited to use only the joint reinforcing fittings 19A to E or the like and nails and bolts.
