摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for applying a water-controlling coating to a zinc sulfide-based electroluminescence phosphorescent substance. SOLUTION: The process for applying the water-controlling coating to the zinc sulfide-based electroluminescence phosphorescent substance comprises selecting a reaction vessel having a prescribed height and a porous disk in the bottom portion; charging phosphorescent substance particles in the reaction vessel and introducing an inert gas into the vessel through the porous disk to fluidize the particles; heating the reaction vessel to a reaction temperature; introducing a coating precursor to a place adjacent to the bottom portion of the vessel and above the disk in the vessel; introducing a coreaction substance to a substantially central position at a prescribed height in the reaction vessel; and maintaining the flow of the inactive gas, the flow of the precursor and the flow of the coreaction substance for such a time as causing the reaction and applying the moisture-proof coating to the phosphorescent substance. The device for performing the process is provided.
