PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize power consumption due to a voltage supplied from an indoor receiver to an outdoor down-converter. SOLUTION: A down-converter 1 is provided with a regulator 1b for stabilizing a DC voltage supplied from a power source circuit 2c of a receiver 2 to a specific voltage, and for supplying the DC voltage to a circuit 1a in the down- converter 1 and a voltage setting circuit 1c for turning the DC voltage into a prescribed voltage which is absolutely necessary for the operation of the regulator 1b. A voltage setting signal for setting the prescribed voltage is transmitted from the voltage setting circuit 1c through a cable 3 to the receiver 2, and the receiver 2 is provided with a control circuit 2d for controlling the power source circuit 2c so that the DC voltage can be turned into the prescribed voltage based on the voltage setting signal.
