PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure which is improved in earthquake resisting performance by using a brace, a stud and/or a wall panel, and to provide the earthquake resisting panel for use in the wall structure. SOLUTION: The wall structure of a building consists of main structural members such as a foundation, columns 92, and a beam 93 and auxiliary structural members such as the stud 94, and the brace 32. According to the wall structure, a resin foam member 20 is arranged in a wall space defined by the main and auxiliary structural members with little clearance. The foam resin member has auxiliary structural member insertion grooves formed therein, into which the auxiliary structural members such as the stud, and the brace are fitted. The foam resin member thus formed is set between the main structural members, to thereby constitute the earthquake resisting wall panel.
