SOIL IMPROVING AND MOISTURE CONTROLLING AGENT CONTAINING INDUSTRIAL WASTE AS MAIN INGREDIENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A soil improving and moisture controlling agent and its preparation method are provided, wherein the agent contains the inorganic materials selected from the industrial waste as a main ingredient. CONSTITUTION: The soil improving and moisture controlling agent comprises 10-30 wt% of a paper sludge; 5-15 wt% of fly ash; 10-30 wt% of white carbon; 10-30 wt% of zeolite; 20-40 w% of pearlite; and 1-3 wt% of an aqueous adhesive CMC. Also the soil improving and moisture controlling agent comprises 10-50 wt% of a paper sludge; 5-15 wt% of fly ash; 10-40 wt% of zeolite; 10-40 wt% of diatomite; and 1-3 wt% of an aqueous adhesive CMC. The preparation method comprises the steps of injecting the mixture into a rotary mixer; mixing the mixture with 50-100 rpm; making the mixture into granule phase by using an excluder; and heating and drying the granule at 130-150 deg.C for 20-30 min.
