PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve join and weld of a sealing member by preventing deformation of an agent seal-in container, as for a development start agent, which is sealed with the sealing member. SOLUTION: A flange 141g of the agent seal-in container 141 is provided with deformation prevention ribs 141f. The ribs 141f are respectively fitted in holes 220a of a heat-weld receiving jig 200, and a developer seal 142 is heat- welded to a weld part 141i. Thus, deformation of the flange 141g is prevented and the seal 142 is also prevented from peeling from the weld part 141i. |
