PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information delivery system which easily performs the exchange and totaling of information concerning a questionnaire. SOLUTION: A delivery information obtaining part 111 obtains questionnaire information and transmitting destination information both being delivery information from an information provider terminal 200. An answer collection setting part 113 sets a processing script for permitting the electronic information delivery system to transmit contribution information from a customer terminal. A delivery information database 120 makes delivery information and the processing script correspond to the transmitting destination and stores them. An information delivery server part 130 transmits delivery information and the processing script which are stored in the database 120 to the customer terminal to be a transmission object based on transmitting destination information. A contribution information database 150 stores contribution information which is transmitted from the customer terminal. An information exchange server part 140 performs a totaling processing based on contribution information which is stored in the database 150 and transmits it to the information provider terminal.
