PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales management server, a sales management system, a sales management method, and a recording medium therefor for constructing a system for selling a commodity ordered by a user by gathering and processing bar code information via a network. SOLUTION: A reception processing part 23a receives user ID information and transmission information including information related to buying desired commodity ID information of the user from a terminal with a bar code reader. A user information database 22a stores user information in relation to user ID. A commodity information database 22b stores commodity information in relation to commodity ID. A retrieval processing part 23b retrieves the user information from the user information database 22a, and the commodity information from the commodity information database 22b on the basis of the user ID information and the commodity ID information. A notice processing part 23c executes notice processing to a sales company with the user information and the commodity information as order receiving information.
