PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the qualifications for browsing, and to monitor the qualifications for browsing by exchanging a browsing card for a browsing charge by payment on home delivery or payment on delivery mail as a browsing charge collecting method of charged software browsed via the Internet. SOLUTION: An offer of browsing the Internet is accepted. Customer information and browsing offer information are registered in a database. A browsing card used when browsing the charged software and a delivery statement and receipt of the browsing card are made. Money receiving information on the browsing charge is registered. After selecting the charged software for retrieving and browsing charged software summary information, the browsing offer information, the browsing card, and a password are inspected for inspecting the qualifications for browsing. Browsing history information on the charged software is registered. A browsing offer end date of the browsing offer information is monitored for monitoring the qualifications for browsing. |
