SOLUTION: In the behavior supporting system having a server device 3 for supporting the behavior of the user of an information communication terminal 1 or a behavior supporting method using this, the server device not only transmits the answer information 1 for supporting the behavior of the user based on at least individual information, behavior target information and target content information of the user inputted to this server device through the information communication terminal to the information communication terminal but also transmits information 2 for urging the user to use the system to the information terminal when information input from the information communication terminal by the user is not performed during a prescribed period. |
