PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device capable of activating a site, and capable of improving reliability of the site, and a point imparting method in the information providing device. SOLUTION: The information providing device has a question collecting means for collecting questions on prescribed information from user terminals via a network, an answer collecting means for collecting answers to the questions by disclosing the registered questions to the other user terminals connected to the network via the network to the collection of the questions, an answer providing means for providing answers to the registered questions for user terminals including the user terminals connected to the network, and registering the questions via the network to the collection of the answers, and a database for prestoring information on users of the respective user terminals. The information providing device comprises a point imparting means for imparting points to the information on the users of the user terminals registering the questions as remuneration for registering the questions. |
