PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to receive user support with respect to merchandise of a plurality of makers at one support center. SOLUTION: A maker 11 attaches a tag identification code inherent to merchandise and ships the merchandise (for instance, tag identification code is attached while made to correspond to serial number of each merchandise). When a call center receives an inquiry from the user, the call center specifies merchandise of which maker on the basis of a tag identification code applied by the user and performs user support with respect to merchandise of the plurality of makers by referring to the merchandise information obtained previously from the makers, of corresponding merchandise and complaint information or the like.
