PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper preventive maintenance by varying a threshold as the criterion for taking measures against predicted trouble according to the logical value of the predicted trouble and its actual result value. SOLUTION: A remote center system 200 has a trouble history data file 1 which contains trouble information reported by a computer system as a trouble history, a design trouble rate data file 3 which previously hold design trouble rates by the devices constituting the computer system, an error rate master file 4 wherein error rates by the devices are set and held by periodically referring to the trouble history data file and design trouble rate data file, and a user device constitution data file 2 which holds device information on the device constituting the computer system; and the error rate master file is referred to according to the user device constitution data file and error rates by the devices constituting the computer system are extracted and sent to the computer system. |
