PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily read CAD drawing information or specification information according to a storage destination address even though the CAD drawing information and the specification information are distributedly stored in a plurality of databases. SOLUTION: CAD drawings held by makers different from each other are stored in CAD drawing databases 10 and 11, device specifications are stored in databases 20 and 21, and the respective databases are connected to a user terminal 40 through a communication line 30. When the user terminal 40 inputs storage destination address information to designate information about his/her desired CAD drawing or device specification, a database is retrieved on the basis of the storage destination address information, and information on the CAD drawing or the device specification is selected as information corresponding to the storage destination address information from any database in this retrieval.
