PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information downloading system which can supply a user with omission of data in response to a request from the user even when missing of data occurs in the downloaded information received by the user, and to provide a data communication terminal used on the user side for utilizing the system. SOLUTION: The information downloading system 1 is composed mainly of a broadcasting station 5 connected to a transmission antenna 3, a downloading information management server 5b which is set up in the station 5 and connected to the Internet 7 on the user side, a downloading information data base 5a connected to the server 5b, a charging server 9 connected to the server 5b, and a base station 11 connected to the Internet 7. On the user side, the data communication terminal 21 receives downloaded broadcast signals and, when the downloaded information contains omission of data, the terminal 21 is connected to the Internet 7 through the base station 11 and acquires the omission of data from the management server 5b side through the Internet 7.
