PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize stable operability by preventing an opening/closing member from unexpectedly dropping or rising at the manual lowering operation of an operating means. SOLUTION: In a reduction mechanism, a sun gear 14 is meshed with a planetary gear 15, and an internal gear 16 is internally meshed with the planetary gear. The tip section 3a of a drive rotary shaft 3 is protruded from one end section of the internal gear, and a carrier 20 is inserted into the carrier receiving section 22 of a coil holder 26. The tip section 21a of an output shaft 21 is protruded from one end section of the coil holder, and a rotor 29 is rotatably arranged on the outside of the internal gear and the carrier receiving section of the coil holder. A pressure connection ring 30, which is arranged on the drive rotary shaft and has elasticity by being corrugated in the surface/ back direction when coupling sections 27 and 28 are coupled with both end sections of the internal gear and the carrier receiving section of the coil holder, is pressurized between the sun gear and the internal gear.
