PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient switching regulator circuit not dependent upon input voltage. SOLUTION: A booster circuit or an inversion circuit is built in a switching regulator control circuit to boost terminal voltage for driving an external transistor or output inverted voltage.
