PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional power supply unit is expensive because its power circuit which achieves various types of output voltages by combining step-down, step-up or inversion chopper circuit uses ICs for control and generates beat noise in an audio signal or video signal because oscillating frequencies are different from each other. SOLUTION: A rectangular switching voltage waveform or AC voltage waveform obtained from a main switching power circuit is subject to partial- potential waveform improvement to use it for the switching operations of the inversion chopper circuit, step-up chopper circuit, and a step-down chopper circuit.
