PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line measuring device improved in the reliability of measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: This on-line analysis device comprises a detector for detecting a separated analysis object by capturing and concentrating a sample measured by a measuring pipe, by a concentration column and injecting the captured- concentrated analysis object into a separation column by an eluate for separation. In this case, an inline filter is provided in a prior stage of the concentration column, and a monitoring means is also provided for monitoring the presence of the sample.
