PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent engine capable of operating while self- supplying a power source. SOLUTION: When actuating an external magnetic field constituted by same polarity magnetic electrodes facing to each other and a movable permanent magnet 1 connected to an inertia body 4 and positioned between the same polarity magnetic electrodes so as to move the movable permanent magnet 1, the movable permanent magnet 1 and a rotating bearing 7 of the inertia body rapidly stop by stoppers 12 and 13 at ends of an orbit but the inertia body 4 constituted by a non-magnetic body rotates around a rotating shaft 6 of the inertia body by inertia. Then, the magnetic polarity of the movable permanent magnet 1 reverses, and magnetic force along a direction opposite from before is applied to the movable permanent magnet 1. This phenomenon is repeated automatically and therefore the permanent engine can be achieved.
