<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high-speed electrophotographic device capable of forming an image of very high resolution, and having a less frequency in terms of the replacement of components. SOLUTION: In for the electrophotographic device equipped with at least an electrophotographic photoreceptor, an electrifying means, an image exposing means and a developing means, the average beam diameter of the writing light source of the image exposing means is controlled to be 10 to 40μm, the electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted of a photoreceptive layer obtained by laminating a Hall transport layer, a charge generation layer and a surface protecting layer in this order on the conductive substrate, and the volumetric resistance of the surface protecting layer is >=104Ω.cm.</p> |
