<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate vibration detection by avoiding the saturation of the output of a vibration detecting means. SOLUTION: A vibration detector is provided with: a means which detects vibrations; a means which outputs correction voltage; a comparison means which outputs the difference of the outputs of the vibration detecting means and the correction voltage output means; an offset removing means which removes the offset component of the output of the vibration detecting means by controlling the correction voltage output on the basis of the output of the comparison means; and a control means (#109, #111) which controls the offset removing means so that it functions again if the output of the comparison means after once operating the offset removing means is not settled in a predetermined judgment range in a predetermined judgment time.</p> |
