<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good cleaning effect even in the case the circularity of a mother particle is high by effectively suppressing filming on a toner contact member and improving the durability of the toner contact member. SOLUTION: In the toner having the mother particle circularity of >=0.95, the isolation ratio of additive agent is set to be 3 to 10%. Then, even in the case of using the toner whose mother particle 18 is formed to a nearly spherical shape, such as polymerized toner manufactured by a polymerizing method or pulverized spherical toner manufactured by a pulverizing method and formed to the spherical shape by heat treatment, etc., the cleaning effect for the toner contact member is satisfactorily obtained by the free additive agent 19. Besides, the amount of the free additive agent 19 is appropriately set, then, the mother particle 18 is effectively covered with the additive agent 19, and then, the mother particle 18 melt-sticks on to the toner contact member and the filming hardly occurs. Thus, the durability of the toner contact member such as a latent image carrier, a toner carrier and a toner control member, etc., is improved and the image quality is improved.</p> |
