PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary lift facility having excellent safety and operability and easy to handle. SOLUTION: The temporary lift facility 10 is used to ascend and descend along a mounting object. Vertical ropes 11, horizontal ropes 12, and ring-like frame bodies 13 arranged between the horizontal ropes 12 are expandably bound together. When the lift facility 10 is suspended from a prescribed portion of the mounting object, it is deployed and stretched nearly into a tunnel shape, and a lift passage is formed on the inside. The vertical ropes 11 and the horizontal ropes 12 are formed of a flexible rope respectively, and the ring-shaped frame bodies 13 are formed of a fixed or expandable metal member.
