PIPE CONVEYING CARRIAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform centering in the vertical direction and in the vehicle width direction without moving a conveying carriage itself and to freely cope with the difference in pipe diameter when conveying a pipe with the conveying carriage and connecting it to an existing pipe. SOLUTION: The pipe conveying carriage is provided with pipe receiving sections 14 and 14 arranged on a front vehicle body 1 and a rear vehicle body 2 respectively and centering mechanisms for the pipe mounted on the pipe receiving sections 14 and 14 against the existing pipe. Each centering mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder 13 forming a lift device provided on each pipe receiving section 14 and a hydraulic cylinder 17 forming a sliding device in the width direction provided on each pipe receiving section 14. Pipe receiving jigs 18 and 18 capable of changing fitting angles according to pipe diameters are fitted to the pipe receiving sections 14 and 14.
