PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a window eaves above a window by easily mounting a window eaves unit without using a bracket even after the completion of a house. SOLUTION: A window upper panel 1U formed of an extrusion-molded cement plate having a plurality of vertically piercing hollow parts 1a is fixed to the upper part of the window. A plurality of fittings are fixed to the surface of the window upper panel 1U at a set space through anchor bolts B for a hollow exterior wall, and then a window eaves unit 3 is fixed to the fittings 2 through screws.
