PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of easily setting a commodity column for housing a commodity according to a kind of the commodity, and a commodity selecting button corresponding to the commodity column. SOLUTION: The vending machine includes a sale setting means for setting the commodity column for housing the commodity by corresponding to a commodity name as a sale object and the commodity selecting button for specifying payout of the commodity, a managing means for registering the commodity column and the commodity selecting button set by the sale setting means as a group corresponding to the commodity name, and a sale controlling means for paying out the commodity from the commodity column in the group which the commodity selecting button belongs to by referring to the managing means in selectively operating the commodity selecting button.
