<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple quake-absorbing trestle for a rack at a low cost. SOLUTION: The quake-absorbing trestle 1 supports the rack 2 for housing an equipment or the like on a supporting floor surface 12 in a quake-absorbing manner. The trestle comprises a trestle body 4 for mounting the rack on its upper surface, plain bearing provided on a bottom of the body 4 to slide on the floor surface, and a recoiling spring provided between the body and the support floor surface to return the body to its original position. The bearing has a bolt member 11 mounted at its head at a slide member and engaged at the body to be projected from the bottom side of the body or retracted in the body. A rolling bearing, such as a caster 13 or the like for rolling on the floor surface, is provided instead of the part or entirety of the plain bearing. A plurality of racks are aligned in parallel at intervals on the body to assure a passage 3 between the racks. A wiring space 8 is assured between the internal space of the body. The body couples a main unit 4a for mounting the individual racks to a sub-unit 4b which turns into a passage.</p> |
