PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner to prevent breakage of parts at an internal part of an indoor unit and the occurrence of an injury to the internal part and enable securing of an ideal air passage shape. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with an air inlet 2, an air outlet 3, a heat exchanger 6, and an electric heater 7 disposed between the air outlet 3 and the heat exchanger 6. Supply part protection device 8 is formed of a metallic plate approximately in a U-shape in cross section consisting of a protection surface 10 and two leg surfaces 11a and 11b, and mounted on the heat exchanger 6 in a manner that an opening part 9 approximately vertically oriented is disposed in the vicinity of the air outlet 3. |
