PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the data of each data storage part with one setting operation and freely perform setting operation for the change of data at an optional point of time before the application starting day of data change in an on-line system carrying out various arithmetic processing while circularly selecting two or more data storage parts to transfer data. SOLUTION: When the selected state of the data storage part used as a storing place of data is updated by a data changing means 2, the application starting day of the change of data stored in a data storage part 8 for maintenance is compared with the date of the following day, and in the case both are not coincident, normal transfer of data is carried out between the first and second data storage parts A, B, and in the case the application starting day and the date of the following day are coincident, change operation is added to the change object data on the basis of the data stored in the data storage part 8 for maintenance when carrying out the transfer of data between the first and second data storage parts A, B. The changed data is transferred to another data storage part by the change operation of the next storing place.
