摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house having a lightweight, strong building frame construction related to the optimum housing as a vibration isolation building. SOLUTION: A surrounding wall construction is closely enclosed with foamed aluminum sheet members, bamboo members 1 or the like, wooden structural members 5 are arranged at important portion, at groundsill portion and an upper framing construction, foamed aluminum sheet member or bamboo member 1 as a wall material is fastened and made stronger with T-section steel 2 and attaching member 3 with screw nails 4 for the building frame built as a lightweight, strong building, interior and exterior finishes 8 of the wall are reinforced and strengthened by coating carbon fiber net and finished with ordinary plaster, thereby installing the seismic isolation device 9 for the optimum housing. Non-separation devices 10 are arranged at exterior four corners thereby providing floating and breaking prevention function due to typhoon or the like. Moreover, even for two-storied or multi-storied buildings, fixed strong building can be built with the same fastening construction, and the floor and ceiling for a two-storied building and a multi-layer building can be constructed in the same manner.
