PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth material for handicraft capable of easily providing handicraft products regular in shape and size, having rich elasticity and impact resistance, and having excellent design without requiring special tools and handicraft products produced therefrom. SOLUTION: This cloth material for handicraft is composed of a band-shaped base cloth at one end and a number of tape-shaped cloths perpendicularly extended from the base cloth. The handicraft products are produced from a reticular woven fabric for producing handicraft products formed by mutually knotting a number of the tape-shaped cloths extended to the cloth material for handicraft in the vertical and horizontal directions and exposing the reverse face of the tape-shaped cloths to the surface of knots. The cloth material for handicraft and the tape-shaped cloth preferably have different colors, materials, and physical properties between the surface part and the reverse part.
