PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory in which characteristics of a setup time and a hold-time are improved. SOLUTION: When the device has constitution in which a memory cell array is arranged so as to surround a central region in which peripheral circuits and pads are arranged, the pads receiving addresses A0-A12, BA1, BA0 are divided and arranged easily. Characteristics of a setup time and a hold-time can be improved by arranging an address latch circuit 138 at a position being equal distance from each column. |
