PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the downsizing of a piezoelectric actuator and its stable driving, and the efficient use of drive voltage by an appropriate constitution of the piezoelectric actuator and its control method. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator consists of a piezoelectric substance 1 where a curved layer 30 having the first electrode part A15, the first polarized part A21 corresponding to the first electrode part A15, the first electrode part B16, the first polarized part B22 corresponding to the first electrode part B16, the second electrode part A17, the second polarized part A23 corresponding to the second electrode part A17, the second electrode part B18, and the second polarized part B24 corresponding to the second electrode part B18, and an elastic layer 29 having the third electrode part 19 and the third polarized part 25 corresponding to the third electrode part 19 are stacked, and there is a GND electrode part 20 between the curved layer 30 and the elastic layer 29. Furthermore, this is provided with the first switch 7 between a drive signal generator 5 and the first electrode part A15, and the second switch 8 between the drive signal generator 5 and the first electrode part B16. |
