PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting a cutting position of a printing paper sheet capable of simply correcting deviation of the cutting position caused following changes of running speed of the printing paper sheet and having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This device for adjusting the cutting position of the printing paper has cutting position change amount detection means 100, 105 for obtaining a change amount when the cutting position is changed, a driving body M provided independently from other drive system of a rotary press so as to control and rotating a serrate cylinder and a folding cylinder in a folding part, a rotation angle position computing means 100 for obtaining rotation angle positions of the serrate cylinder and the folding cylinder by computation, and a control means 100 for obtaining a deviation amount for the serrate cylinder and the folding cylinder at the cutting position based on the change amount of the cutting position detected by the cutting position change amount detection means and the rotation angle positions of the serrate cylinder and the folding cylinder obtained by the rotation angle position computing means, controlling the drive of the driving body based on the deviation amount, and adjusting phases of the serrate cylinder and the folding cylinder. |
