PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control provision of the contents by using a broadcasting channel. SOLUTION: This provision control system of the contents using the broadcasting channel to control the provision of the contents to a receiving terminal is provided with a broadcasting center 3 to allocate channels to broadcasting radio waves and to provide the contents, an information center 2 to manage reception keys of the respective contents and to issue the reception keys and the receiving terminal 1 to receive the broadcasting radio wave and to receive the provision of the contents by using the reception keys to be issued from the information center and controls the provision of the contents in the receiving terminal 1 by the reception keys to be issued from the information center 2.
