PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-mechanical/acoustic converter, in which the driving circuit is simple, despite its compact size. SOLUTION: Two magnetic circuit which are mutually independent are formed by using a single permanent magnet, a voice coil is arranged in one magnetic circuit, and a magnetic weight body is arranged in the other magnetic circuit, so that a mechanical switch that is turned on/off according to the movement of the magnetic weight body, is positioned.
