PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure against a horizontal earth pressure for a structural body which is obtained by assembling members of a uniform shape weak in resisting to a force in a lateral direction compared with a force in up-down direction such as a container-shaped member having a taper or a flat plate supported by posts, or the like. SOLUTION: In a structural body in which uniform-shaped members weak in resisting to a force in lateral direction compared with a force in up-down direction are assembled together longitudinally and transversely, when a bottom surface or a top surface of the uniform-shaped members are combined together in a state that they face each other, a flat plate-shaped member having a length equal to the farthest outer edge of the uniform-shape member times an integer coincides with a portion where they touch each other in this reinforcing method.
