PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can cope with the heating at high temperature more than the capacity of a cooling coil, too, even if the cooling coil of a heat exchanger relatively small in cooling capacity is used in itself, and besides is excellent in operation efficiency. SOLUTION: These are an air conditioner which cools outside air by air washer and cools the cooled outside air and return air by cooling coil, in case that the outside air comes to a temperature higher than set temperature, in an air conditioner which cools air, taking in outside air and return air, and its operation method.
