PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sound insulating material that can realize excellent sound insulating property and cushioning property and the air permeability of a contact face by the surface irregularities of quilting while preventing hardening after formation by forming the sound insulating material laminated in a plurality of layers without interposing any adhesive between materials. SOLUTION: The sound insulating material 1 is interposed between flooring A and a concrete base B. The sound insulating material 1 is formed of a plurality of layers, and quilting is applied to the sound insulating material 1.
