PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide snow falling preventive roof structure installed at the eaves of a roof of a house or the like in a cold snowy area and prevented from the formation of an icicle at the eaves edge of the roof with a steep slant. SOLUTION: This snow falling preventive roof structure is provided with a slow slanting member 2 forming a slow slant face slower than the inclination of the roof, at the eaves of a roof 1; a drainage member 4 for collecting and draining melt water to the lower reaches of the slow slanting member; and a weir member 5 erected on the eaves side, forming a part of the drainage member and having a slow slant face formed with a gradient reverse to the roof 1.
